Shain Hymon is a Southern California tech leader focused on software engineering, business optimization, and workforce development. He’s helped companies automate and go paperless to boost efficiency. Through his work with SCAN and the Department of Labor, Shain is creating pathways that connect education to future job markets, especially in AI, quantum computing, and sustainability, preparing the workforce for tomorrow’s challenges.
